Compás Eterno
Compás is the beat; eterno is forever. We make apparel for people who carry tango with them, drawn from the music, orchestras and dancers of Buenos Aires between 1910 and 1950.
What we make
Premium T-shirts first, then further garments and accessories. Designs are original graphic work inspired by tango history. We do not print historical photographs or album art we have not licensed.
Who it is for
Dancers who want something to wear to the milonga, and anyone who loves the music, the era and its visual culture. Historical references should be wearable, not museum pieces.
How we work
Garments are produced on demand close to the customer, in the United States and in Europe, to avoid overstock. Orders are fulfilled by production partners we have tested with sample orders.
